The itsy bitsy spider climbed up the water spout.
Down came the rain and washed the spider out.
Out came the sun and dried up all the rain
And the itsy bitsy spider climbed up the spout again.
The average adult would benefit from singing this song slowly as he or she slowly uses fingers climbing up the arms. (With all the stress in the work place as well as rearing children in this toxic world, harassed parents need something to help their muscles relax and to slow down their SNS).
